  Belt Conveyor（B900） is a machine that uses the infinite motion of the belt to transport materials. The most common fault of the belt conveyor is the deviation of the belt during operation. The maintenance of the Belt conveyor is an extremely important and regular work. But this machine has the advantages of long transportation distance, large transportation capacity, small working resistance, easy installation, low power consumption, and less wear;  the disadvantage is that the inclined roadway requires that the inclination angle is not greater than 18° when transporting upward. When it is greater than 18°, the goods will slide down and cannot be pulled up. When transporting down the mountain, the inclination angle is not greater than 15°. When it is greater than 15°, one is that when the belt stops, the belt active roller stops rotating, but due to inertia, the belt will move forward with the coal unloading roller, so that the goods on the belt are piled on the active roller; the other is that although the belt stops, due to the large slope and small resistance, the goods will slide down by themselves, and the goods cannot be controlled, and the phenomenon of stacking occurs. The advantages outweigh the disadvantages in the horizontal roadway.
